Go for a run
Lifehack.org has a great article on running for beginners. Although it isn’t my favorite thing to do, I am a runner. It definitely burns more calories than sitting in a boat so I try to find time to work it into my schedule. The article does have some great advice for those of you with interest in the strange form of self-mutilation we call running. A couple key points that I can confirm are to get really good shoes and to start slowly. What are you waiting for?

As you’re a fan of the outdoors, let me also say that trail running is my favorite type of running to get into, once I finish with this run-walk program.
